The 2026 Annual Meet will be held at the Leonardo Hotel Hinckley Island on Saturday 10 October.

Itinerary

The centre piece of the weekend will be the evening which will consist of the usual Drinks, Dinner and Raffle on Saturday night.

There are additional optional activities planned to flesh out the weekend:
- Track Day at Mallory Park with Javelin on Friday October 9th – Dedicated topic Here
- Saturday Daytime activity – Details TBA
- Sunday morning, Club AGM, all members and partner members are welcome to attend – Details TBA

Join us for as many activities as you fancy, or come straight to the hotel, check in from 3pm and then enjoy the facilities or just sit in the bar and chat away.

Dinner

A three-course dinner will be held in the Hansom Suite from 6pm.

The menu options can be viewed and selections made when ordering on the club shop.

The club will subsidise the cost of the dinner for paid up club members including partner members.

Rooms

Double rooms can be booked directly with the hotel for both the Friday and the Saturday nights (and Thursday night, beofre the trackday if desired) at a discounted nightly rate of £85.00 single occupancy, or £100.00 for an additional second person. This is via use of the promo code 'LHMAZD101026'

These prices include breakfast (07:30 am – 11:00am) and wi-fi.

Access to the hotel’s pool, sauna, steam room and gym facilities is included. Please note that a booking system is in place to manage access to these facilities – see the website for further details

The committee have now negotiated exactly the same price for hotel rooms on the Thursday night using the same code to book direct with hotel
The hotel is close to Mallory Park circuit so ideal for people to unload at the beginning of the weekend
Partners can enjoy the Spa whilst we play if they so wish
