***TRACKDAY - Annual Meet 2026: Friday, 9 October, Mallory Park***

The Committee have set the date for this year's Annual Meet for the weekend of 10-11 October, with an this optional "bolt-on" trackday element on Friday, 9 October.

This is NOT a club exclusive trackday, but a public day on which we hope to take a fair few places, to make it semi-exclusive

The public price for this event is £179, but we have negotiated a discount of 10% for paid up Club Members, bringing the price down to £161

Don't be daunted if this will be your first trackday, there will be plenty of experienced members on hand for any help/advice you might need before, or during the day. Tuition sessions can also be booked through Javelin.

I really hope to make this but it’s totally dependent on Rachel’s treatment which as it stands takes us into September and that’s without any delays, which are unfortunately inevitable, it’s so very hard to plan and commit to things right now. I can do events close to home much easier.

I believe Casey asked for 20 places to be reserved so plenty of space at the moment for others to join us
Is everyone coming to the annual dinner on the Saturday night ?
The committee have negotiated the same price for hotel rooms on the Thursday night and the hotel is close to the circuit so ideal to unload the car ready for the weekend activities
If people wanted to share a twin room it would be very cheap as well
The same hotel code is active for the Thursday night as well now and ideal for partners to enjoy the Spa facilities whilst we play if they so wish

I've been in touch with Javelin and hope to get a booking code sorted very soon. Get yourself sorted to pay asap when it's done, as Javelin are reluctant to block reserve places for us, , but availability is good at the moment

I have just received a booking link from Javelin which includes aa 10% discount, so £179 reduced to £161

The link and discount is for use of FULL CLUB MEMBERS only. Bear with as we post up the details on a members-only part of the forum. Once that is done, I will publish further details here, so we can all get booking asap to secure our places
