South Yorkshire/North Nottinghamshire meetup @ Lockkeeper Pub, Worksop, S80 1TJ - Thursday 27th August 2026

[HarSc]

For those of us around North Notts and South Yorkshire, evening meet @ the Lockkeeper Pub in Worksop. Bit of a catch up, rock up in anything, no need to be an RX-8 (always a bonus if it is though! ) Have a good chat, some drinks and food.

Feel free to put your name down, tables booked and I'll see the usuals there!

Count me in for this one Harry.
I can set off from work, not going to bring the 8 tough if that is ok

[HarSc]

Fine by me. All mine are SORN at the moment so i'll 100% be in the Mazda 2. Still nice to get out and catch up with everyone though

[HarSc]

Updated top list with those aiming to go so far. Meet is also listed up on Familia

[DrewR3]

Ahhh 2hr 43.....not going to make 630. More like 930 after work...... never mind

[HarSc]

Tables now booked, so there are still definitely spaces for anyone else thinking about coming along! No pressure

[HarSc]

Awesome turnout, didn't actually take any photos! Probably should've done, but too late now

Great meetup, good to see everyone again will have to aim to do another in the new year sometime final count (if I didn't miss anyone) was 15 including myself, and any plus 1's!

[thatturborx8]

[HarSc]

I'll keep an eye out for future meetups there, I'm 40 miles away near M1 j25. I've been going to the Appleby Inn meets but missed a few recently.

[HarSc]

New date up! Tuesday 30th January, tables booked and ready to go

[RichT_Derby]

I'll try and make this if there's room at the table, thanks Harry.

[Dad's Taxi]

Sadly I don't think I can make it on a "School night"

There's room on the table, so if you can make it there will be space for you just updated the first post for names.

Awh, shame Will have to sort the next one on a weekend evening or something no harm in changing it up a bit

[Krameht]

Just replying to keep an eye on dates, probably the best option for Lincolnshireions

[VelocityVinnie]

Just popped in to say hi, and ive been an RX8 owner in Worksop since 2009 and never seen any of you on the roads, where you all hiding? I often see a driving a dark red 192 around retford though

[HarSc]

Copper Red 192 is probably Kyle he's not on the forum but WP07 UZA is his if it rings a bell (is in that last night-time pic as he came along to the last meetup)

Cheers for posting up in this though, I ought to get another meetup sorted!

[drk597]

Pencil in Harry. Let’s get some rx8 together again.

Wednesday 26th June - mark the calendar! There's a squid ink meetup event there on the same day from 5:45pm, so there will be a decent chunk of the carpark full of cool cars! I've still booked the table for 6:30, but feel free to rock up early and see the other cars that turn up get a good showing of RX-8s there

[HarSc]

updated top list, so feel free to stick your name down too or post in the thread if you fancy coming

[HarSc]
