...never understood the interest in these.
Who has their music stored on mini disk? Who?
Yes, they're rare, but that's due to unpopularity not demand.....

....could be wrong, it's certainly happened before.

In 50 years time it will be like having an 8-track in your Aston DB6. Maybe......

I concur with Juey... Had one in a 192 I nabbed for parts a while back. Someone paid crazy money (relatively speaking) for it...

It's making me chuckle,
But when I first got my license, mini disk was going to be the big thing, and I jumped on it, home hi-fi and car stereo, I recorded alot onto disks.
Then it faded out,,
I picked I Rx8 mini disk player a year or two ago for £50
Just so I could play my music I had when I was a nipper,
I was beaming when I put in a blank disk and it was the big dog Tim Westwood radio show from way back.

Minidisks were a good format.
I had a minidisc unit in the MR-S
Hardest part was getting the music onto the discs unless you buy pre recorded. As I only had a portable MD player that would record. I had to create the discs using a Windows XP VM as there's no compatibility beyond XP
