Real carbon fiber interior trim

Post by Keke » Mon Jan 14, 2019 9:45 am

HI all,
Ihave a full set of trim for sale.
It's all made by myself, its laminated on with west system epoxy and finished with 2k lacquer.
There are a few imperfections in the carbon as this isn't factory finish perfect, but is still very good in my opinion.
You will get-
Top dash panel
Two window switches
Two steering wheel trims
Stereo face
Ashtray
Centre arm rest trim.

£250
I would rather collection but will post at buyer's cost.

The components certainly look well finished in the photos and most of them work well - if cf is your thing.

Having tried a piano black top dash panel for a while I found that I couldn't live with the reflections on the windscreen, and directly off the surface, and went back to the original matt panel.

I'm not trying to put anyone off here, just something to consider.
The remaining set would still look good, even if you chose not to fit the top panel.

Everything apart from the top dash is glued on,
So its a direct replacement,
The top dash panel is double side taped on

Have you made some negative molds for every part?

I'd be interested minus the top dash and centre console long bits if agreed price is made :)

Ok chaps, we'll that would pretty much be the whole set if divided between you.
Let me know what you would like to pay, and we can go from there

Haha, well you know what the asking price is, if you can come close to that between you both then great
My thinking is Dave will get 3/4 of the set and the other 1/4 to night fire but the centre armrest trims will cost the most in postage,
I need to get close to that price otherwise it's not worth my time dismantling the car if you get my drift

Personally I was thinking about £30 considering what the total kit is ! Quite a few going to AGM if that could be used instead of posting ?

Thats pretty much how much it would cost from a breaker for standard parts.
Feel free to get a quote for fake carbon hydro dipped parts and compare it to what I'm asking.
