South Wales Run & Meet - Saturday 15th September, 16:15

Pub meets, drives and social events. For good food and good company while the car stays in the car park, or for a pleasurable drive through the countryside.

You probably hit the Bryncethin Triangle, Wales' answer to the Bermuda Triangle.
John -- giving some TLC to a 2006 Winning Blue 231. Mouse Mat Mod & LED sidelights. Fitted the Rotary Revs Coil kit.
Have owned a Mk1 Golf GTi 1800, a 1984 Audi 90 Quattro [GTi Engineering 2.5l engine], and a Peugeot 205 CTi. The rest were boring!

Think we have a great run with this one, shame only two cars managed it, but it's a start.

Thanks to Pat & Caren for always making the journey, really appreciate it, hope it wasn't too dull being behind me on the run!
Really good to catch up with Leroy and Rachel too, not entirely convinced on the restaurant, but wasn't bad.

Next month won't be a run, so I'll see about getting a table booked somewhere as normal.

It's always an enjoyable evening, well worth the trip. The run was good some great roads and scenery, pace was good any faster and Caren will start moaning! She was getting a bit concerned about the sheep as it was!

when i used to ride bikes around wales the rule was if the sheep's head was down and grazing no worries, any other behaviour, especially looking straight at you = on the brakes, suicide sheep incoming!

Sheep are nothing, we had cows crossing the road and also happily walking down the middle of the lane against the traffic during one of our runs on Minchinhampton Common. Junior was on the pavement but mum was on the road!
