Ah - OK then... Won't be Billy No Mates and my REX is still broken after Snetterton... :(

Also - new news - I AM thinking of getting another Car - but I guess that conversation will occur next time... Hopefully I'll have had the opportunity to Test drive some by then... Shock horror - it might not be Japanese! :-O

My RX8 won't be present, as the battery is fooked and has been refunded under warranty, so need a new one.

Tyres & wheels if you go down the full semi-slick track-tyre route... ;)
But if you want to retain a decent all-purpose set for road driving - look into the Continentals that Malcolm has (I believe)...

Malcolm has the continental sport contact 7. They win pretty much every tyre review at the moment for ultra high performance road tyres, and are a great recommendation for a one set for everything tyre. I bought the Eagle F1s that I used as a road and wet track tyre, but after last week I'd also recommend them for all conditions. Quite a bit cheaper than Malcolm's too (I paid £407 for 4 fitted on an offer, whereas the contis would normally be around 550-600).

Will certainly consider Continental if and when they need changing. Hopefully current ones are still road legal for mot next month. Will do a few more track days but brakes and tracking need sorting as a priority, and bushes at least on rear are seized.
