I generally use Castrol gtx 10-40, perform a double oil change every 5000 miles or so

booked mine in for new brake lines so I can fit the braided brake pipes and got an RX8 outside that they flooded (swear this rx8 is flooded all the time) so de flooded it for them and gave them some advise on not flooding it since they turned it off cold... lets hope they don't do that to mine hahaha

Replaced the front droplinks. The usual fight to get them off (although no need to get the angle grinder out). Only afterwards did I remember the allen key hole in the bolts... which would have helped massively and saved the mole grips. Hopefully next time I'll remember about the allen key #-o

Also an engine oil change while the car is up on the lift. Not due but I seem to really enjoy doing oil changes these days. Makes me feel a bit like Data scanning for lifeforms:

It's about 10.000 miles since her Respray and she is just starting to show signs of wear in a few places a few blemishes and scratches from the engine install, even with the care and attention she has It's inevitable I suppose, especially as she is not a garage queen.
So another fresh coat of paint will be budgeted for.
