Morning all after the engine swap into another chasis we can't work out if there's supposed to be a vacuum tube from the green and white one way check valve to anywhere on the car, green side is connected under the throttle body can't figure out the white side connection.

Thanks

Yes there should be. The unconnected side attaches to the VFAD under the air box. If you go here viewtopic.php?f=58&t=35629

Open the documents, in engine, intake air system hose routing. You'll see where it goes.

3rd brake light? My bulb failed and that happened to mine a while back. I'd read about it on here so I was pretty sure that was my issue when it happened, hopefully yours is as easy to find what it is.

Could be split wiring between the boot lid and 3rd brake light as well.

Anyone else with and enlarged/ large street port feel like a turbo kicks in at 7k? I don't know if its because of the street port or because of something else.

Quick question are the diffs on the 192 and 231 interchangeable? Mine is making noises at all revs in all gears.

Thanks

As far as I know they are the same (and hopefully someone who actually knows what they're talking about will confirm that or prove I'm an idiot).

Pop the question in the Spin Doctors section, they are more likely to look and answer in there. I imagine they know straightbaway for a quick answer, i believe they are all interchangeable including the R3? Better to confirm with those who know for definate though. Also try the quick search option on forum, someone may have asked this before?

192 and 231 diffs are the same, the only difference are in some of the gearbox ratios (i believe 4th and 5th are essentially the same between the 192 and 231).

the R3 does have a different final drive though.
