Re: Oil type
Any half decent 10w-40 semi synthetic and regular changes is what I do. I don't worry too much about a specific brand.

Re: Oil type
My RX8 cost me £1600 and so I am a bit like @dac69er and stuck a lesser known semi-synthetic 10w40 in mine in the last change.
However, if, like Freddie, I had just spent around £8000 on an RX8 I'd be putting unicorn semen in it!

Re: Oil type
Hey I'm glad you managed to get a few quid off it. Was looking at it on Autotrader and checked its MoT history. You've got a peach of a car there.
As for unicorn juice - when I find some I'll share it!

Just make sure you get a certificate of authenticity, otherwise you might just get any old knocked-off bull...SmuttyHutty wrote: ↑Wed Oct 28, 2020 12:47 pm...

Re: Oil type
I always found the sparkles in the unicorn to be pearlescent. The fake stuff looks like someone dumped in a bag of party glitter and didn't stir it.
