i assumed you leaned on them as i received a refund today, minus the booking fee which they are refusing to refund.

I sent my message direct to Maria who we deal with for our event stands etc....

I too have a Refund of £17.50 but it is a bit annoying that they have kept the other £2.49

They possibly use a third party ticket agency and that is their fee.
I'm not making exuses for them though

Unfortuantly it is not a postage fee it is a booking fee which is non-refundable and pays for the payment transaction fees and admin processing.

I emailed Maria earlier expressing our members feelings regarding being stung for the booking fee.

I got an email saying they can't do the refund through PayPal as it is past the 60 day limit for that so they need my card number. I was going to phone them tomorrow rather than email that, but maybe I'll hold on for news on whether they have a rethink on the booking fee first (thanks for chasing them up).

I phoned my card details through, I didn't bother asking/arguing about whether the booking fee would be returned as I hate talking on phones.
