Feedback today from the Gieler just centered around people not selecting Cream Custard or Ice Cream for their deserts, or Pineapple or Egg for the Gammon

Thanks for the replies but I won't be forwarding anything on, they won't be applying ice cream to a pud in advance so easier to say what you prefer on the day I think

Don't jinx it Chris, I have semi slicks fitted for Anglesey and really don't want to have to lug a spare set of wheels around for the weekend.

If they are Federals you will be fine. I have driven with them in heavy rain on the public roads and they are surprisingly grippy.

Yes Federals are fine for wet road driving in the warmer seasons. More the track that I'd want a wet option. I'm actually going to be using a set of ns2r's that I've had sitting around since taking them off one of my former cars (Julian's one). I gather they have roughly similar capabilities.

All a bit pointless really as anything other than a drive belt is likely to be a recovery job!

For those not familiar Google maps if you click on the link before you are at the start you will be able to review the route but until your actual location matches the beginning of the route the actual driving directions option will not be available so there is no need to panic unless it still doesn’t work at the Wild Pheasant!

My official correspondence has come through for my race now, and it's an hour later than it was previously scheduled, so I don't need to rush at breakfast, but definitely won't make the lunch on sunday. I might try and catch up with you all at Llangollen at the end on sunday depending on your ETA there. We can lliase on the day via whatsapp etc.

I have no spare tyres.... I'm relying on roadside assistance on any issues on that front !! But good reminder on the oil, (2T and 4T) and the coolant. I'll make sure to pack those.
