I really need to simplify this, on the 24th, if we have not reached 7 i will be assuming that everyone will be choosing from the normal menu on the night. I have spoken to the venue and that is fine, to many unknowns.

OK, i have booked the venue for 9 hungry diners, i have also managed to get them to agree that we can order food on the night without having to pre order as we are such a reliable crowd so please don't let me down now. look forward to seeing you all, and it is now to late to change the numbers, so if you have been dithering about attending, it is now fully booked.

Evening all, because of the special arrangement we have made with the venue for our convenience, could we please be punctual.
