I really need to simplify this, on the 24th, if we have not reached 7 i will be assuming that everyone will be choosing from the normal menu on the night. I have spoken to the venue and that is fine, to many unknowns.

Despite the best efforts of my car to self-destruct, I have arrived - much earlier than intended due to scheduling of getting the aforementioned self-destruction fixed meaning it was either drive 45 mins extra to sit around for 15 before needing to set off or just get here very early.

Let's get the next meet announced. In order for the rolling venue list to continue and to end up with the June meet at the Queens Head to coincide with the ramp day, the January meet will be at the Sun Inn on the 12th . In order to accommodate all eventualities well in advance, lets try projecting this reliable ,regular consistent meet a little further ahead.
Anyone thinking of attending any future meets, take a look at the calendar which is kept up to date by a very helpful member, and register your interest in future meets in this thread, i will monitor this regularly and see how it goes, got to be worth a try .

Good evening, having attempted to create a thread based on our attendees experiences and conversations with third parties during their day to day lives, i will post up the findings of said thread before it got removed for some reason.
Said thread concluded that anyone and everyone is and always have been welcome to attend this meet and all the others country wide no mater your vehicle type. The said thread did, at the end ,finish with a couple of newer members who were grateful for the clarification, so now you know, see you at some point in the future, rob.

Hello, now that i have served my week long ban because of my [forum conduct], i will simply monitor this thread and book the venues no later than one week in advance based on the number of people who reply on here, and confirm that it is booked. All the information about when and where is clearly visible on page one and on the club calendar, both maintained regularly by a very good friend of ours. There will be no bumps from me as in my view, it is so well advertised, that if you want to attend you will.
I will just reiterate the outcome of the thread that was locked, and ultimately led to a week long ban, that all are welcome , paid members or not, although i would encourage you to join, in any vehicle of your choice. I look forward to seeing you all there, it's now in your court, thanks, rob.
Just to add, anyone looking for events taking place, particularly newer members or guests, simply look at the club calendar which is accessable to all, for events taking place near you.
