Grr! Kathy has not been well for a couple of days, croaky, intermittent cough and today shivers and a temp that hit 37.5 this afternoon. She has been told to isolate until the results of a Covid test are known, appointment 9am Thursday result 2 to 3 days all being well but it snookers me for attending this meet!

Most of the test centres are excepting drive in testing...my mate and his family had 4 tests done couple of days ago despite 119 phoneline saying all booked.
He went to Aylesbury. 4pm he was the 6th test they done that day..he was fuming as told on phone no appts for weeks.

Oh dear, hope it’s nothing serious. I am reduced to drive only due to isolating until Kathy’s Covid test result known and if it’s positive then Mallory is off for me and worse it means Jess cannot start school next week!

Yes but they often go straight to a chest infection due to her asthma. Doctors are now playing safe and referring for tests quite often. Next day local appointment and 24hrs for the result.
