"Want to make one of our Yards your own for the evening? During certain weekday evenings, usually Mondays and Tuesdays, we offer car clubs, companies and more the opportunity to reserve the Yard, guaranteeing you and your group priority parking in front of our iconic venues.
Maybe you’re a car club looking for somewhere a little more inspirational than the usual retail park or county showground for your next meet. Perhaps you’re a brand looking for somewhere to have a drive out with your customers. Maybe you’re an influencer or other big name and want to hold a meet-and-greet for your fans. Whoever you are, we can accommodate.
Yard Meets work by us creating a private event, only bookable via a link which we’ll share with you to distribute to your wider group. Members can then book in at the standard ticketing rate of £10 per car or £5 per bike, half of which they can claim back on food and drink.
While our sites are still open to the general public during Yard Meets, our car park teams will reserve front parking in the Yards and ensure only members of your group are parked front of house. If you have any particular cars you’d like to put on display, then just let us know and we can make arrangements for that too.
While we tend to organise these on evenings with no other events, usually Mondays or Tuesdays, we’re happy to discuss the possibility of booking something during the day, or on weekends too.
To get the ball rolling on your Yard Meet, drop us a line at events@caffeineandmachine.com."
We can come but the Rex is SORN, or happy to skip this month. Although we can’t do November either.Magsrx8 wrote:Has the horrid weather killed off all enthusiasm for Fridays meet or is anyone planning on coming?
