Same for me sadly! Was really looking forward to the cake as well and the special guest! There seems to have been a fair old bash around Oxford way... Making what would be a 2 hour journey take probably over 3 hours!

After spending 2 hours on the M25 yesterday for work to do 3/4 of a mile to get off a junction... Sadly the idea of spending a Friday evening sat in traffic isnt ideal. :(

Agree with Ann. 29th is the Fifth Friday, and would mean I definitely cannot attend as I have a Snetterton Track day.
22nd is 4th Friday - but as mentioned; though I "forced" through a change to 4th Friday - the Quiz night has not since been attended (through embarrassment of winning every time- and I think our invites would have been limited anyway!)...
I'm therefore also happy to revert to 3rd Friday in general - but that's *next week* 16th! :lol:
