Wasn't able to book online so popped in at lunchtime. Was told no to a table of 11 so my workaround was to book a table of 5 and another of 6 to be seated next to each other. I hate being told no.

I know I confirmed earlier with Ann - but my son Joe got his Apprenticeship result today - distinction on practical and Pass (overall) on Interview... So we're going to get a Thai meal to celebrate...

I feel attacked, and also still quite full... ;)

I enjoyed the meet, and it's always a good drive home that late in the evening whichever car i bring. Less than 1hr 20 home is pretty good going.

Will be in a RX-8 next month as it'll be Curborough weekend. Another shameless plug for people to book it! :lol:
