Just a heads up to everybody,

As a customer of Adrian Flux for about the last 8 years I was horrified to recieve a voicemail recently saying that the insurance policy on my RX8 was about to be cancelled.This was due to the fact that I had not returned some mileage declaration forms which they had not sent me, I might add.Nobody contacted me to discuss the matter :x .
No apology was given afterwards either,I even sent in a complaint via the e-mail system and got no reply [-X .
My business will be going elsewhere come renewal time,would cancel right now but for the fact that I pay monthly and if I cancelled I would be expected to pay the remainder in a lump sum.
Not the way to treat loyal customers is an understatement.

Liverpool Victoria have been the best iv been with always very helpful and for every year I get two years no claims.

LV treated us really badly after a claim. They tried to write off my car for much less than it was worth. Managed to get it sorted by doing all the leg work. Even then though when I came to part-ex it for the RX8 it was still flagged as a Cat D and I had to get it reversed. Never going with them again.

I bet that we could come up with good and bad stories for every insurance company out there though.

Probably going with Morethan next year, 340 quid fully comp with protected no claims.
My girlfriend has her CTR insured with them,some muppet crashed into it while it was parked and did a runner.The insurance company were very helpful :D .

Insurance companies are more than happy to take money yet not bother with anything else.

Adrian Flux have had such a poor amount of feedback throughout this site that I think it's fair to say- don't bother with them

Have paid out roughly 5 grand in premiums with Adrian Flux over the last 8 years and never made a claim and this is how they treat me :!:
Perhaps they'll respond to this post between the hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm :lol:
Their working hours are another thing that annoys me,how is someone who works full time ever supposed to contact them.Have tried telephoning on Saturday mornings,what a joke,on hold for 20 mins listening to lame music.

Monday to Friday

Quotes - 9.00am - 7.00pm

Customer Service - 9.00am - 5.30pm

Renewals and Change of Vehicle - 9.00am - 5.30pm

Claims department - 9.00am - 5:30pm

Reception - 9.00am - 5.30pm

If a company are willing to stay open for sales rather than customer service then they care only about one thing- income
