New disc set pending

Post by Brittishlion1 »

I'm torn in deciding on what disc replacement is best for me. I don't tend to thrash the car, however I want performance and quality.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, EBC perhaps?

Just an FYI, I've had some EBC bluestuff pads for a while now and have been waiting for the EBC discs to come in to stock, as I thought might be good to match everything together. It's been taking a while though so that might factor into your decision.

MTEC disks are worth a look too - I have these fitted to the front axle and seem to be performing well. I had them fitted after a recommendation on this forum. MTEC is based in NI and the discs are manufactured there.

https://www.mtecbrakes.com/mtec1367.html

I went for the grooved version.

They cost £89.99 delivered when purchased last year - there was a 10% discount at the time.
