Ahah I mean this cosmo.

From what I've seen compared to the earlier models which would indeed bankrupt me. These come in a lot lower. :p

Ollie, the twin rotor, 13B version of that Cosmo model is affordable, but the triple rotor, 20B version would bankrupt you, if you can even find a decent one for sale in the UK!

I must say I've always liked that model, very futuristic inside and good lines IMHO.

😂 I'd be importing it from Japan if ever I get to that point. Yeah I imagine a 20B would be very hard to come by. At least a 13B would be a lot easier to manual swap.

So in order of rarity:

1. Nemesis
2. 40th Anniversary
3. Evolve
4. Kuro
5. PZ
6. R3 (Series 2)
7. RX-8 190 bhp
8. RX-8 230 bhp

There are 176 out of a possible 2,550 special edition cars registered.

Good to know I have one of the rarest RX8s especially as it’s virtually standard and rot free. Is it worth a premium and will it appreciate?
Wouldn't it be great to own one of each model?
I currently have one body damaged Red Evolve, one blown engine and damaged screen, Blue Nemesis, and one Kuro with a blown engine and missing kick Kuro plate Build number identifier 😏.

All 3 sitting in a barn waiting to be resurrected 😁.
It’s just contemplating whether the evolve is worth saving with the back sills showing signs of corrosion ebbing its way in, the Kuro has been poorly treated by ASBOS, but solid chassis, with the Nemesis being the best contender for saving first with such a mint shell. But I hate the 192 and 5 speed box. So probably become a 231.

Biggest things that’s niggling me is why there are no build number plates on the Kuro??
Can’t even see a left over residue of where they were stuck to the fancy kick plate. Were they ever actually fitted?.🤔

And how do I now identify it and get new plates supplied?
