Re: PZ springs
Cheers for all the help. I'll see how my finances are and if I have been a member for a year yet (must be close if not already) and take it from there. Leaning to the PZ suspension though as I'd like to keep it original

Re: PZ springs
Just FYI, the Shopkeeper (Ian) has just advised that there are 2 full suspension kits left. TWO people are currently enquiring after kits, but have not yet paid or committed to purchase. Once those 2 sets are gone, that's it!

Re: PZ springs
I think I'll have to bite the bullet and get the set whilst I still can. I am aware I think I may be about a month off for qualifying for the members price, but do you think I'd be able to buy now/reserve/leave a deposit until I have 12 months confirmed for the members price? As stated before, It is what made me buy the car and would be a shame to have to fit an aftermarket solution, especially at the price for a 1+ year member.
cheers for all the help!

Did you miss Xamtex's post about finding a spring which I presume is a brand new PZ suspension rear spring?

Re: PZ springs
No, but I'm worried about it not sitting right (i.e. the old spring sagging more). And if another one goes, I'll be stuck then.Yorindesarin wrote:Did you miss Xamtex's post about finding a spring which I presume is a brand new PZ suspension rear spring?

Re: PZ springs
A used spare would be a better match for the remaining, unbroken spring.

Re: PZ springs
I'm just worried about the other springs and when they'll fail. The car has 74k miles on it so don't know how long they usually last. I don't really want to fit aftermarket suspension as the prodrive suspension was what made me buy a prodrive edition rx-8 after my first failed.

Re: PZ springs
Is the best way to contact the shopkeeper via the contact section in the club shop? I've fired an email asking on Friday, so will hopefully get a response soon.

Re: PZ springs
Anyone know how long a response usually takes from the shop? I emailed and pm'd last week and haven't had a response yet. Just want to ensure I haven't missed out on the suspension! Cheers.
