Thanks for the ebay link , it seems that he is still living there cause that's his car the blue one.
This isn't confidential , so it can be shared. At the moment Im still waiting until they are fully finished , fun part is the burned down unit where the car could have been.

Visit made on 06/01/2020 at 1131 hours, our Enforcement Agent attended the Writ address being Unit 11, Westwood Cottage. Upon arrival, the Agent met with the new occupier named The Performance Shop. The Agent was informed that the Debtor company had left a while and had moved to a new address but had heard that the Debtor company has shut down. The Agent was further informed that the Debtor company owed them 18k.

Visit made on 06/01/2020 at 0945 hours, our Enforcement Agent attempted to attend the Writ address being Unit 2 Manor Way Business Park. Upon arrival, the Agent noted that he was unable to find the property. The Agent spoke with a person at the Unit B5 and they informed the Agent that the Debtor company had moved out a while and closed down and then the unit burned down and that’s why it couldn’t be found.

Visit made on 07/01/2020 at 0820 hours, our Enforcement Agent attended the Writ address being 31 St. Welcomes Way and found the property to be a mid-terrace house which was maintained in fair condition. Upon arrival, the Agent was unable to obtain any response from the property. There was a vehicle (registration: L339 WPO) parked in the designated parking space.

Visit made on 15/01/2020 at 1045 hours, our Enforcement Agent attended the Writ address being 31 St. Welcomes Way. Upon arrival, the Agent knocked the door several times but could not obtain any response. A letter was left at the Writ address.

The blue FD is definitely one he had in his workshop when I went down to see them last year, it's was on a big industrial estate somewhere, they hadn't been there long since splitting from TPS. I picked up a couple of bits and had a look around the cars they had, being nosey as you do, the blue one was there along with a rather nice British racing green FD.

Thanks , so the address was correct. Ebay link confirmed it as well , its being advertised by the same person from FB who is probably his ex partner now and end up with newborn from him.

The other guy whose car got scrapped end up giving up , didn't want to spend any money on solicitors and moved on.

I'm just waiting for high court to continue pursuing the debt , once they finish and can't make a contact it will move onto Police to find him for questioning since the letters that has been left been actually collected.
