Doc's Auto Barn

Post by Dr. FrankenRex »

Hey All,

I floated the idea a couple of times over the past month or so, but the launch of "Doc's Auto Barn" is today!

https://youtu.be/tj9PfR8FqfU

This is just a short teaser, and the content 'flow' isn't going to be as quick right now with the car off the road, but content will ramp up through the year. If you would like to see more content from me and FrankenRex then please do subscribe - it'd mean a lot to me :D

Likewise feel free to comment either here or on YewChoob as to things you like to see, features you'd like me to make or just general shenanigans that'd be fun to watch.

I will be doing a full breakdown of all the tweaks and such that exist on Frank currently so if you're interested then give that a gander!

Cheers,
Dr.F

TBF, I know my thighs can be a bit distracting, so will minimise their air time based on test (sun) screenings ;P

The title is a mix of 3 things:

Back To The Future reference, play on Autobahn and the fact the car lives in a barn. BOOM. #WordPlayForTheGods

I feel this may be detrimental to the automotive content. If people are busy staring at my thighs then they won't be paying attention to the content... But do I want subscribers at any cost?

I had no idea running a social media channel was so difficult...

It's alright, it's all content, you can do one video in shorts, the next in trousers, then a third video going I can't decide, then a fourth thanking everyone for sticking with you, then a fifth saying it's a really hard decision, then a sixth where you break down in tears about it and then a seventh where you go "I've decided to not pick one or the other" and then rinse and repeat. That's how youtubers do it, right?

We'll have to find you some random bigger channel to get beef with for no reason then we can set up a pay-per-view race where one of you drops out after about 3 minutes and it ends abruptly, but we still charge everyone for the full hour.

Because nobody was satisfied, you could then stage a second, slightly better (but not really 'good'), race, but inbetween you could come across a gutted out car in the middle of a forest and get massive notoriety, or call someone a Wankel but drop the L and accidentally say r on a livestream of a race or something, and have your major sponsorship dropped and need to advertise RAID SHADOW LEGENDS instead.

Just trying to help here.

Also I get 40% of all receipts, non-negotiable
