Good luck with the job.
Haveing been both an interviewer and an interviewee recently I can tell you being positive and enthusiastic counts for a lot.
I read somewhere that the interviewees attitude accounts for 80% of the decision whereas their experience and knowledge (which gets you the interview) only counts for 20%

with no history or comparison on that dyno its hard to say but 148WHP is well low at RR the figures on a dyno day for a 231 were 175-202 ish WHP

why is the engine power figure at a higher rpm than the power at the wheels? something a bit out on their gear ratio calc I'd say

Re: dyno runs

That will always tend to happen, because the whp is zero gradient at peak whp (by definition), but the power loss will continue to rise with rpm. If the bhp wasn't at higher revs than the whp then there would be something wrong.

(For the maths inclined. Peak bhp will occur when the negative gradient of the whp equals the positive gradient of the transmission losses curve).

I tried to explain that to someone else recently.

Used a lot more words and wasn't nearly as clear.
