Hi all,
Yesterday, I decided to relocate the number plate on my RX8. All in all, it went well appart from a metal rod thing falling from underneath the car whilst I was moving the bumper. Not too sure exactly where it fell but I believe it was from the plastic cover below the central radiator. May be nothing but thought I'd check incase it's important! I'll add an image in a second once I figure out how to off a mobile!
Anyone know what this is?!

Re: Anyone know what this is?!
I found one of those while working on a car, which was most confusing as it had both fitted.
I could only assume that someone had dropped it while removing the battery and had fitted a replacement rather than fish out the original.
I've also worked on cars with neither of them locked in place and the battery only held by the cables, the implications of that are scary.

Should be one each end of the cross-bar
