Re: Power loss
Hi and Alikhan2211. That is the coolant level warning light. Check your coolant level - it is very likely it is completely fine, a common problem is that the float in the coolant tank is sinking because the surface has broken down allowing it to get waterlogged.
If your coolant level is not low you can do any one of these three things:
1 Replace the coolant tank (they are about £130 I think)
2 Unplug the sensor at the side of the coolant tank - the light will not come on again ... check the coolant level regularly.
or
3 Ignore the light ... check the coolant level regularly.

Re: Power loss
If it revs to 9k rpm then it's not a 192.
Given the number of advisories on the last MOT, I'd say she needs some TLC
If they're not all the same size and pressure then this will kill engine power.

Re: Power loss
According to a quick check on the registration it's a 192.
First things to check would be coils and spark plugs
then check the catalytic convertor

Re: Power loss
How can it get to 9000rpm? The picture you posted (above) shows the redline way below that, so it's a 7,500rpm 192 engine.

Re: Power loss
They can, but that hasn't been mentioned. And if it hasn't had serious porting work done to it then it's going to feel laggy, and lacking in power above 7500rpm, regardless of where the limiter is set. Since the OP is complaining of lack of power when approaching 9000rpm, we have to ask.......

Re: Power loss
What's the battery voltage? Even better would be while you try and crank. Does it just click and dash lights go out?
