Mazda dealers are an okay bet for the rears.
Not sure what their prices are for fronts, but they're quite easily purchased aftermarket from places like Brake Depot etc.

As Nick says above, Mazda can supply them for either front or rear. They call them 'brake pad attachment kits' if I remember right, and come with the anti-squeal shims and pad retention clips all together. Can't buy the shims on their own from mazda as far as I know.
To Do List: HKS CAMP2 install; cruise control; new exhaust; detail paintwork, possible respray

Done: Hayward Rotary rebuild and stage 2 port; Racing Beat ARBs, adjustable front droplinks, ram air intake and lightened flywheel; Exedy stage 1 clutch; Eibach Pro-Kit lowering springs; Koyo radiator; heated front screen; EBC redstuff pads all round

I just got some EBC stick on jobbies off eBay, cost about £5 a set. Done the job, no squealing now.
