I'm looking for a a full replacement set, front and rear. ANy brake pads I buy do not come with them and I am missing several.

Mazda dealers are an okay bet for the rears.
Not sure what their prices are for fronts, but they're quite easily purchased aftermarket from places like Brake Depot etc.

As Nick says above, Mazda can supply them for either front or rear. They call them 'brake pad attachment kits' if I remember right, and come with the anti-squeal shims and pad retention clips all together. Can't buy the shims on their own from mazda as far as I know.

Prices in GBP from Mazda UK, Mazda EI may have different pricing at least 1% more for the VAT

I just got some EBC stick on jobbies off eBay, cost about £5 a set. Done the job, no squealing now.
