hi there ,i fitted 20mm eibachs to my kuro.the standard studs stood out 27mm.with no pockets in wheels i took off 7mm.i found the easiest way was to screw on the supplied nuts first then bring them out to the thickness of the spacer -1mm.use the front face of nut as a guide for a 1mm cutter disc in a sensible 4 inch grinder.that way taking the nut off cleans all the burrs making assembly much easier .with all mating surfaces cleaned including wheel,bolt on the spacer firmly and check across faces of spacers for protruding studswith a ruler ,any little tweeks can be done here while leaving the max length on stud should you change your mind in the future.regards all rob.
