Do you see many RX8's?

Saw 4 RX-8s today, the most important being mine as I was collecting it after its engine swap earlier in the week.
Due to the rapid thaw fortunately the snow ridges in the centre if the road had virtually gone for the return trip.
Car now starts and pulls well and smoothly, well as far as 4,500rpm anyway!
Oil pressure maximum of old engine was 4 bar, my rebuild is producing 7 bar so it will be interesting to see the bearings condition when I strip the old unit sometime in the distant future!

Followed a really nice Red RX around Stroud area today and then followed Daves for another run out on some of great twisties around Stroud.

You own car after it’s been away from work and is fixed - is Always the best car to see...

Saw a grey S1 on Sunset Boulevard in LA last night.

Only RX8 I've seen in LA in 2 years of visiting.

Popped into Victoria Park Mazda Cardiff today to book the two cars in for the recall. While walking through the car park saw another 8, probably had his recall done

Yesterday I went from Northampton to Westfield Shopping Centre, White City, London. I was taking my 2 daughter’s to the Walking Dead Convention at Olympia. My wife and I then spent the day around Westminster.

Drove 180 miles in total going to work on Thursday and Friday. RX8s spotted - 0.

Did pass 3 brand new Nissan Leafs (Leaves?!

), with no reg plates. The drivers had a slight look of disgust as I roared past on the N7! Hope they liked the smell of unburned premix
