£25 ebay special so goodness knows how long it'll last.... But came with two batteries and charger.

Seems okay but yet to see how it performs in anger. 3/8 drive and 60nm of torque allegedly.
Used in anger today certainly okay on smaller bolts.
Took off engine bay stabiliser bar nuts and upper intake bolts etc no problem.
Bit of torque twist to it but not bad at all to use
Also used the 1/2 ratchet head I bought for first time on brake carrier bolts. Worked fine as expected.

Pete/Peter him/he/hrh couldn't really care as have 3 siblings and was lucky not to get called by the dogs name.

Had mine for over a year and its pretty good, lacks a bit of power of the more expensive ones, but better that than shearing bolts

I’d be checking that bubble against a good quality spirit level a few times before I used it .

It is magnetic on to the disc, I have just tried it on a vertical peace of steel and it reads the same on both sides, not scientific but a good start, think I might check the markings with a pertractor as I have no idea if they are right.
Mark
I have been testing this tool by putting a piece of steel in the vice and trying to set á camber it will no take small adjustments as the bubbles does not move until a big movement is put in,so it looks like a garage ornament.I cannot recommend this tool.

Try one of these:

A bit more expensive but one of those things you'll wonder how you managed without it

Not really a tool, but a product to solve a problem all the same.

The wheel nuts on my car have begun to rust and I have ordered replacements, along with a polycarbonate socket. I was thinking of getting some of this:
Screenshot 2021-01-08 at 17.22.50.png
And squirting some on my nuts to stop the rust. Has anyone used this? And does it dry clear?

I wouldn't advise squirting on your nuts, those belonging to the car may be of more use....😁

Used this on some of the suspension components ive refurbed.
It does 'dry' clear but it leaves a thin tacky film.
One benefit is If you dont want to leave a thin tacky film, it can be buffed off. Reduces the length of protection but still leaves protection behind.
For something like nuts  which are easy to re-apply, it may be ideal.

Cant comment on its effectiveness yet, but the reviews are certainly promising.

He can spray his own nuts whenever he wants. My nuts will be bathed in the fine mist of this product and left outside to face the elements. Mine will be shiny and sparkling and as good as the day they arrived through my letter box.
