Another item for 'Sods Law', why do I never see another 8 when I'm driving mine. Was out in the 'boot' I purchased for the 8 today and saw four different coloured RX's.

"Harri' in his Black at the Vic House roundabout just after 7.40 am. heading toward Benfleet/Canvey.

A Winning Blue with a distinctive RXB plate who looks as though he may be a member or at least has been viewing the site in order to have such an origional idea :D West India Dock approaching Canary Wharf at arround 8.20am.

A Titanium Grey on The Highway, Stepney about fifteen minutes later heading toward the Limehouse Link tunnel.

And finally a Velocity Red on the London Road in Leigh at around 17.45 heading toward the church in Hadleigh.

Did'nt wave or hoot as you would not have acknowledged some demented maniac in a white Vauxhall Astra.

Common as muck around here and not as stylish or as distinctive as my SRi. 8)

Now a distant memory unfortunately.

Two silvers, one heading out of Harrogate today and one just past Poole Bank garage. No wave or flash from either though. :(

Sorry Harrizone - didn't spot you, would've waved if I had (promise!)

Yep you're right - common as muck round here. There's two within a 3 minute walk from my house - another black and a WB.

Hang on - 7:40 (am). You sure it was me !!!

Saw a Dirty Gray, near Trowell Services, around 9:15am and then saw a Winning Blue at the A46/A45 roundabout, later on my journey.

Got followed home (almost ;) ) by another winning blue yesterday morning after doing the school run..

Spotted a really mucky Velocity Red in Chobham, and a little later on a pristine Winning Blue LF54 *** (no, I wasn't looking in the mirrors) at the A322/A319 roundabout.. both lunchtime (12:45 ish)..

Waved to the red, doubt I was spotted by the blue as I was a couple of cars back waiting to get on the roundabout as it went past.. Did get an admiring glance from the boy in blue parked opposite in thier Volvo though!

Hello all!

EDIT: And on the school route home, spotted a Titanium as well.. could be the same one I often see. but boy aren't our rear sidelights a treat... :D

What can I say...
Last night, on my way home (awfully cold and foggy), on some B roads you would not want to get stuck on, or even just stop, I found a Golf owner who had run out of petrol.
Gave her a lift to take some petrol to the husband, who coincidentally also ran out of petrol.
So if any of you will ever hear a story of a Knight on a black horse coming to the rescue of a donzel in distress on the B3030, you know who that was 8)
My horse did get complimented "Is this the...?" "rx-8? yes", "oh, it's very nice!"
I sold the RX-8, I got a Volvo.

What's wrong with me?! :-(

There's always a red one parked out side the school, on the grass at the top of the steep Hill by Thundersley Church, Benfleet, Essex, anyone here.

Saw three in the space of two hours around Hanley (Stoke-on-Trent) yesterday. V/R 04 looking very shiny (perhaps on a test drive from Holdcroft?), black parked up and then (at last!) a Strato on a 54 plate just as we were leaving town. My wife gave the car a long wistful look as it's the first one we've seen in the colour we want. Think the driver may have thought she was eyeing him up though - apologies if it was anyone here :-)
