closed and seal with oil catch can. probably best and cold air intake + short ram.
note the factory hot air vacuum line and butterfly valve modified.

I check the air temp for while, in the open position/without plexiglass I had heat soak praked 80 C but as soon as I moving it will dropped
to ambient temp.
and the award of the loudest venturi sound I ever heard +7000 to 10000 rpm with high resonance peach noise went to open short ram.

tt water circulation delete

for the correct way I have to remove top air manifold so for the time being it works.
next phase balanced closed PCV.

The water for the throttle body is to stop it freezing and the butterfly valve getting stuck open. As the air accelerates through the throttle body due to the Venturi effect it will get very cold.

He is pro next think is remove all the plastic form front bumper and stress the front of the engine with cold weather.
Short ram intake masters why to play with intake if oem is so good.

I love how much of a difference a good wash makes to VR. Really does make it sparkle in the sunlight... If ever I get around to the respray I want it'll feel like a crime changing the colour! Think it needs a new coat of wax at some point.

Yeah its a shame it suffers from usual red issues. :( Because it is just such a beautiful colour with the flake in it. But don't you worry... You'll be a big fan of the colour I want it to be. ;)

Absolutely gorgeous in the sun.

in my bid to keep my 2 kuros future proof i have just added to my growing mountain of spares. having heard of a 231 mot failure with a spot on engine,i rushed over to stourbridge and drove car prior to breaking. satisfied with the way it drove and performed ,hot or cold, and doing a basic comp test,i bought the complete engine ,ancillaries, rack, cross member and all suspension and brake parts and gearbox for a snip. hopefully ,these parts, together with the parts i have, will keep my kuros on the road forever.rob.

26. 😂 My plans were to move out and move further south this year. But then I figured I'd get the car I wanted since I needed a new car anyway. So next year's move out probably. I'm pretty sure I could afford to move out and keep the car. But not with the job I currently have, hence the want to move south where there's alot more work.

I work in lifting industry is alot of mobile tower cranes here but I think all over the country. Before this I was handyman Hoby is my cars and take them apart and change parts.
London and South money I think is better than north my Mrs family is from Yorkshire and we go every year there to visit but if she do her job upnorth she have to get paycut.
But your overhead is bigger in London everything cost more. Rent travel etc we are lucky to claim property ladder.
26 so you are year or two younger than me I'm end of 91

Living in the North East of Scotland its a 60 mile commute to any decent city. Which isn't too bad.. If you work in some very specific fields. Which I unfortunately don't. Currently I just work the job I do whilst I'm trying to figure out what I actually want to do. I studied computer games software development at uni but failing hit hard and my love of games and programming has died overtime. I'll get there eventually considering a career in IT since I'm tech savvy and it's something that I can do on the daily.
