Car clipped again on nearside rear, this time whilst i had stopped.
Picture 1 you can see that they caught the tyre (I had moved the car by the time i took the picture)
Picture 2 after trying to polish out scuffs, unfortunately chips dont polish out.
Cleaned and sparkling VR ready for Pembrey at the weekend.

Project thread Galaxy grey 231 - Street Port, Tein coilovers, decat, D585's, Cobra Catback whatever 9j wheels aren't broken at the moment and a massive wing
Thanks, treated her to some brand new tyres for the new wheels as well so everything very new any shiney!
The wheels are 9j with a ET20 offset so quite wide and look good! but keeping the old wheels with a lower offset for winter/trackdays as first impressions are widening the track this much isnt the best thing for turn-in/handling

Thought I'd replace the rear light gaskets with the ones I got from Essex Rotary. Well that didn't go well.
Looks like previous owner has replaced (or bodged) the rear light gasket before. Thing is its impossible to remove the rear light now, so God knows what they did, wild guess it involved superglue. Whenever they did they also lost the passenger side metal cover somehow, which must have taken skill
Not about to try force to remove the lights, so I just tightened the nuts up and put back together. Misting not too bad so I hope that that'll stop it.
Of course, I could use it as an excuse to change the rear light to R3 style ones
