If you're being bothered by condensation I can't help wondering if you've got water getting into the cabin where it shouldn't.
Having said that, during cold weather I turn off the heater for the last half mile or so and open the windows so I don't leave the car full of warm moist air. I found this makes quite a difference to how easily I can clear any misting next time I start the car.

The cars currently sitting. Theres no visible water in the cabin and the bags I use for moisture absorbtion do actually seem to fill up not overly fast... Was just perplexed that the only condensation was on the sunroof and not anywhere else.

Received the TEIN back yesterday and thought I would post this picture a 10 year old TEIN coil over. It has just been degreased and the only rust is a little bit on the base tube and on the springs where the lower coils touch each other under compression. All threads and adjusting collars move freely.

Good going. My ones on my Pulsar where foobared. Had a few sets and would say quality was mediocre so interesting to see those ones stand up to the test of time.

A bit of interwebbing came up with some Rustoleum Green paint as used by TEIN USA. The units are originally powder coated therefore there is no aftermarket process for repainting offered by TEIN.

So that's three tyres, two bucket seats, one belt bar, two belt sets and now two cans of green paint to fit in the car. All presuming I get the darn thing back together by 5th February too!

Unless you've already done these or were just mentioning the non-standard, lemme at to your list:

Oil and filter (ideally change that oil out twice)
Brake fluid
Grearbox oil
Air filter

I'd bet money the top 3 were way overdue when it was sold. Have fun, and least you have a covered place to work on it!

Took the 8 along with Mrs Tonk to meet our caterer at the venue for the wedding (less than 6 months now, it's all getting very serious...)

Had some very slidy driving around the icy country roads on the way there, much more fun in a RWD car, feels like you're doing it deliberately!

Took her out for a drive through the Peak District.
First time she’s been out since October but with the blue sky sunshine I couldn’t resist, love the way this car makes me feel!
Ended up stopping in bakewell for Sunday roast, picking up a bakewell pudding and driving home.
Cleaned and back in the garage now................I’ve had a good day😃
