If anything those temps are a little low, depending where you have the sensors fitted.
Ideally coolant should be between 95-110C and the oil 100-115C.
However, if your sensors are just downstream from the radiator and coolers, then you're measuring the temps going back into the engine rather than within the engine.
If that's the oil temperature from an oil filter sandwich plate sensor then that's too low for comfort and I'd be looking for the cause, unless you'd only just started your journey.
It's warm enough to shut-off without worrying about flooding on the next restart but not hot enough to be giving it the full beans without risking damage.
