Removed a parrot hands-free kit, fitted a GROM USB3 unit and cleaned the adhesive off the rear glass from the tint removal.

I also had a mechanic inspect the tyre to confirm that the damage on the driver side front is old. I have also ordered a new tyre for fitting on Tuesday.

Put the cleaned fuel injectors and everything else back together...

Unfortunately I've made an arse of it and at least 50% needs to come back out to sort... Doubt this will happen tomorrow as its my wedding anniversary 🤔
Do I smell petrol? If yes then I have been there and it’s annoying!

Only fuel smell is out of the exhaust so it is going in the engine. Just probably not at the right time. Injector leads in the wing order is the thinking...

Honestly, not a huge deal of difference yet. BUT that's down to me. I've not pushed it hard as I live in Oxford so finding a good and empty road is like finding hens teeth.

My usual route it feels great and a tad less tire squeal. I'm really waiting to find out at Mallory.

He asked how it was when I got there, oversteer, understeer etc and I was honest and said I have no idea. I don't know what a good handling car is like so even with a crap set up it felt amazing.

The butt dyno feels more impressive as the rears arn't towing out and dragging and the front goes straight. Turn ins a bit sharper I think. But that could just be me justifying it.

Reset the fuel trim after disconnecting the battery yesterday in order to mess about with the radio and then wondering why the car was stalling when the clutch is depressed. All sorted now.

I've got a carbon dip gear gaiter surround that came with my centre console trim I picked up last week that I'm not using.

Love me the smell of fresh rubber.

How come you went for the 3s instead of the 5s?

Apparently 3s are better than 5s for our cars in the wet! And a bit more expensive Image
