Got some self tapping screws today to fix the number plate. And sorted ramp time + all the things to change for a service. Comes to £160 quid including the plugs I already bought in advanced. Also got the compression tester I'll be borrowing. So compression test next friday as well as the big service. Hoping for good numbers or at least all close to the same range across the board!

Well that's something for my holiday souvenir list in September, which company is it in the states? Planning to visit Racing Beat and The Peterson Museum during the trip.

I have the RB Coolant hoses and the clamps that came with them. I had to move the Airbox and Battery tray and it was a easy fit then :)

And yes very similar

Terrific chaps at tyreland in Salisbury gave me some much needed new Eagle F1's. They couldn't do enough to assuage my fears about taking it to a 'franchise' (they're part of the protyre group). ~£100 a corner (with cashback) and basic tracking for free (with brand new suspension on I want to give it a decent jiggle before I get proper tracking done). Was prompted with all the questions i wanted to hear when I checked it in - if I had any particular start/stop procedures, if it had been warmed enough on way over etc.etc.. Had a nice chat with the manager afterwards about what its like to own one (as he is thinking about taking the plunge!). Excellent service, shall be using again.

Confession time, backed the car off the drive tonight the opposite way to usual and forgot the dropped kerb on the right was not the full width of the drive as the drivers side wheel dropped off the 5" kerb the 2" clearance front skirt slammed into the kerb and the ripped the bumper away from the under tray shoving the right side of the bumper upward.
Very very very very very very hacked off, parked it up slammed the door and haven't even had a second look yet to properly assess the damage. More time now to be spent fixing that instead of the PS and getting the running in miles done.
