Busy day even tho it rained new bumper fitted withe odd mod or two now for clean up and finish the wheels ready for jdm day need a few bits but no joy until after jdm

Can you remove the centre grill without removing the bumper?

Just asking as a few people have been caught-out blocking access to the front tow eye, which can be a problem especially if you want to go on track.

Yes i can on that but yes if you bond it as it is better yes it would be a problem needs holes or something sorted

I cut a hole in the corner of my Lockwoods to give access to the toeing eye hole which you can hopefully just about see in the image. I secured the grill with two domed hex drive bolts which screwed into plate bonded to the back of the original plastic grill which I left in place.

Takes me back to when I had an Austin Ambassador 1800 which had no power steering, long bends on motorway junctions were to be avoided!

When you mention a car thats older than me ahah. I grew up with my dad telling me about the days when he drove London buses and early HGVs with no power steering. Just sat there accepting the fact I'm so lucky to not have to deal with such things lmao.

Had no power steering in the Vectra for the best part of a year because I deemed it not important enough to fix for how much it would have cost. Fine when you're up to speed normally, but definitely gives you the workout at low speeds...
