I think you'll find from the picture I posted previously that in fact red cars stick together.
I've never seen you two in the same room together so I'm beginning to think you're just a phony.

Re: What have you done to your RX-8 today????
The most concerning item is the 007 Oil Leak - as any oil leak on an RX8 is licensed to kill your engine, especially if it's an oil cooler hose or just a porous sump.
Was it an actual leak or just a top-up spillage?

It's a 007 oil leak. That's standard, as long as you also fit machine guns and an ejector seat

Re: What have you done to your RX-8 today????
It was a spillage on a hot engine that then ran down too fast for me to clear up in time
Sump and hoses have been replaced within the last year.

Re: What have you done to your RX-8 today????
Hardwired my dashcam into the interior fuse box using a piggy back fuse connector. Surprisingly easy to achieve, though closing the fuse lid a bit of a squeeze. Took the most time finding a suitable ground to use.
Much tidier than using the cigarette lighter power adaptor.

Picked up from LC Rotary following MOT (pass, no advisories) and investigation of engine light.
Turns out inlet valves had not been opening properly for ages without me really noticing.
Way more oomph now! Journey home was a blast!

Re: What have you done to your RX-8 today????
It's amazing how much power you can loose over time without noticing in normal driving.
I've seen it with members cars running on only 2 plugs, or with stuck valves or seized brakes.
Of course it doesn't help if you buy a car with such a fault without driving another for comparison.
