The Red Silvia at 0:33 was on the motorway with me on the way home.

He was cruising along at probably 65ish, I went past him cruising at a little more. All very sedate.
About 5 mins later it screamed past me all noise and fire in the fast lane being chased by a superbike, a Ferrari and a BMW of some sort..

A few more 'arty' pictures of the r3, its quite a photogenic car really with lots of interesting curves and shapes when you go looking.

Thanks guys. Mazda certainly put a lot of interesting curves in the design that I reckon its hard to find a bad angle, especially when you get it in good light.

Your car is a work of auto art, Tom. 8)

And it’s great to be able to get out and about again, isn’t it? ... And hit the redline a few times

Let’s hope we can all keep the virus in check and we can all stay out of further lockdowns [-o<

Thanks! Yes, it’s nice to be out again. To be fair, our “soft lock down” was never so strict that we couldn’t go for a drive, but there wasn’t really anywhere to go so... first time in awhile I’ve not simply aimlessly circled Tokyo’s Shutoko Highway C1 circle.

Agreed, I hope we manage to keep the numbers down. Also worried about the UK as it has hit you guys harder.

Cheers Ian, no plans like that for the moment, gave it a full service, changed all oils, plugs etc... I have the steering wheel away for a re-trim currently so I think I will just keep on the TLC side and enjoy it rather than going all out with porting just yet:D

The white R3 IMHO looks fab, as instead of the play of light across the sensuous curves and creases you tend to get with some colours, the white seems to focus the eye on the contrast between the body and the cutouts. And you appear to have aimed to maximise that effect via darkened Windows, wheels, etc. V nice indeed! 👍🏻
