Somebody correct me if I am wrong but all you REALLY need to do is hook the car up to a power source, hold the accelerator and clutch down and turn it over for about 10 seconds four or five times (with gaps in between of about 30 seconds to prevent overheating etc). Unless it is badly flooded, this should do it.

Or this is a slightly more detailed explanation for one method viewtopic.php?f=25&t=36551

Towing for a bump start is the kindest method for the starter motor - and the quickest way to do it.

If you are trying to start after a flood with a discharged or weak battery you are only exasperating the situation, you will be going round in circles as constantly turning it over without actually starting is just pumping more petrol in aside from the bore wash which is removing any protective oil film.

If you haven`t got a top spec` healthy battery, coils & plugs then you need them.

Traction Control light should go out once you re-start the car after a drive, the 'cable car' light sounds like the coolant level sensor which is a very common thing, options being replace the coolant tank or disconnect the sensor.

The coolant warning light - we all get that, or will get it. Most unplug the sensor and just check the coolant level visually regularly (I do that but left it plugged in - I just ignore the light).
You may need to turn the steering full lock to the right then all the way back to the left to clear the traction control lights.

Traction light is gone only the coolant one is left. Cars running good and turning on first time now. Just to sort the coolant light
