I've searched but can't find anything. Hope one of you Geniuses may be able to help.
Not ure where best to post so I've opted for here and DIY. I'm new, so please bear with if that's wrong.
I have a Feb 07 PZ on a 56 plate.
As many have before me, I am upgrading the entertainment system from a 6 CD Changer to a touch screen head unit.
I have the Metra kit with the AC integration cabling. I also have the amp integration harness to bypass the head unit amp and keep my Bose system in play.
Finally I have the steering wheel control integration harness and a universal patch cable.
My problem is that I cannot find a way of getting power to BOTH the Access AC integration module AND the new (Kenwood) head unit at the same time.
One or the other needs to be connected to the main car harness and there is no combination of cables which I can come up with which gets power to both, simultaneously.
Am I missing something simple, or is there a power cable splitter which will enable me to fit the amp integration harness and the steering wheel control harness as well?
If I haven't given enough info just let me know and I will do my best to give more.
Thanks in anticipation!
