Kids and the car

Post by bigpete8 » Thu Oct 12, 2017 4:02 pm

This relates to my car (2007 SE) but for any dads (or mams) out there who need to carry a double buggy I can confirm the baby jogger city mini double fits with room to spare. - I was well surprised!!
Had to move the emergency wheel repair kit to the side but that was it - I even think it made the missus hate my RX8 a little less! ;)

Trying run on a budget to keep the noise level down - from the missus!

Pro-tip: the rear belt buckle is a PITA with a baby seat. You can swap it for a genuine Mazda 3 rear buckle for extra space.

EDIT: or use ISOFIX.

We've got 5yo and the rex is still our daily driver.

Have a good time, all the time :thumright:
