Toyosport manifold exhaust crush washer part number

Post by Paul_13 » Fri Sep 27, 2019 5:05 pm

I thought I would create a post detailing the part number for the exhaust crush washer which fits the RX8 toyosport manifold.
I spent the best part of 3 weeks trying to find this.

Part numbers listed below :

19004800 - ajusa
YF01-40-450A - mazda
4167203- ford

Two things with this.
I think I bought mine from local motor factors for about £3.50
Secondly , as the toyo manifold or maybe another similar brand don’t have the rebate to accept the O ring , be careful when tighten it . I cracked mine as tight as possible , done a half a track day and it bent a bit Image
I think the best option would be make your own from good quality metal gasket sheet and copy original ones shape.
Just an opinion if your getting it very warm

Yeah it’s very slight compared to the gasket .
I’m just sharing the problems I’ve had
