It does confuse me too that despite having the most votes, it seems to have very little uptake. I can't exactly have a good stance on this point as I am not in attendance myself, due to not knowing when my car will be back and due to other challenges not having the funds for the journey, perhaps as I was not as well prepared to save money up for it. This could be the view of some other people too? £300+ for an event is no small amount of money, so i'd expect uptake to be lower - again, was not here last year so cannot speak from experience.
Perhaps it could've also stemmed from the confusion with SitS, causing a lack of confidence in the club to provide a good AM, obviously nothing can be done from our end on this as we did really try with SitS, but it could've had an affect on things.
All interesting points from everyone, and I think the new Chair and Events Team Coord do need to take this all into account for next year, so it can be done right first time.
