There is a Tesla Model S Race Prepared Car here in the UK plus I was at Mallory earlier in the year and someone there was taking their Model S around the track :thumleft:

A lot is happening within the next 18 months in the world of Electric Cars and Hybrids being sold in the UK so it's going to be very interesting within the coming months Image

I can't wait

I use a Tesla P100D in California as my daily and using it as a speed machine is a pain in the butt.

To use the Ludicrous mode the battery needs to be full and the ambient temp cannot be too high as the battery overheats quickly after just a few full-bore accelerations. The fun, and it is glorious fun, does not last long.

The best parts are the autonomous driving in the USA which is pure science fiction and the fact that I can move it in and out of my garage using my iphone; if I am bored I hang out on my deck with a drink and do this procedure for hours on end!

Ranjan.

I have driven the following Lexus Models with the 300h power output = IS 300h and GS 300h which all have 2.5lt 225bhp, but the New ES 300h will have 2.0lt 215bhp power output and this will also be in the New Camry Hybrid :thumleft:

So Nigel
Is this going to be the end of your trackday antics or are you going to run two cars.
I don’t think I’d want to take a new Lexus out on track.

My car spending the day at Motorline Toyota Gatwick on Tuesday as suspect another Wheel Bearing has gone on the car :!: :!:

It's making high pitched whining sounds on de-acceleration going down hill, which is what happened last time when a Bearing went #-o

Not sure if this will still be covered by the Toyota Warranty or I will have to pay for the repair this time :(

I still got the CH-R as the GT86 is very poorly at the moment :(

Was supposed to have another Yaris today, until I pointed out that Motorline are missing a trick seeing as my car isn't far off 104k and will be coming up for replacement soon, so the Service Advisor changed the Loan Car Booking and gave me the CH-R instead =D>

I like a good Helmet :kinky:
