Hi all,

Looking to take the plunge into RX-8 ownership, I have found the forum really useful with lots of useful tips here which I am reading through before buying.

I have previously owned a Mazda 6 and my wife is very keen on having another Mazda as a second car, we are currently running round in an Alfa 159 waggon as our main car and looking for a second car that and I have always like the ide of a RX-8.

Got my eye on this:

But not 100% set on an R3 but it seems to be the one to go for if the budget will stretch, I might try some of the rotary specialists to see if they have anything for sale.

It's a well known seller in RX-8s and especially later special editions & R3's, and he's been selling good clean examples as far as I know, a lot of what he sells ends up in the hands of other members who are very happy with them, so definitely one to look at!

You may find others around at other rotary specialist shops, so worth a look still, but a thing to note with the R3s is that aftermarket and certain parts are harder to come by. I say it's definitely worth it, I own an R3 myself of course, but just a thing of note

That's a lovely looking R3 and being sold by a reputable RX8 specialist who knows these cars.
