Hi all. So I’m back in an RX8.
About 9/10 years ago I had an Blue 231 RX8. Loved it, looked after it and had the rebuild and street porting.
Other priorities came along and I had to sell up and drive something more economical for a bit.
Small world but it looks like it featured in an article a few years back. https://www.evo.co.uk/mazda/rx-8
Wonder if they knew it had been rebuilt and ported.
In the missing years I’ve had a variety of cars, Nissan S15, a few quick BMWs. None handled quite like RX8 sure they had the turbo push but didn’t provide the same confidence in the bends. I need 4 seats so again I kept coming back to this being a semi practical purchase.
Anyway I’m back in a Black PZ, have purchased the membership and stepped back into this fully aware of what I’m getting myself into. Again. Haha

back!
There are some that owning an RX-8 really gets into your blood even my present car owned for 12 years I occasionally think should I sell it and I look at what else is available and that makes my mind up to keep it.

Re: New not so new member
Thanks guys. I’ve got a few things to change on her but was pretty clean with the off mark. I plan to clean up the underside and add some rust prevention to keep that way.
I’m hoping to do a few track days this year or possibly next with everything else that’s happening.

On Tapatalk your post just looked like that, which had me confused until I refreshedNEAS wrote:Thanks guys. I’ve got a few things to change on her but was pretty clean with the off mark. I plan to clean up the underside and add some rust..
